Terms of Service

1. The service

LookMemo is a personal AI stylist: it helps you manage your wardrobe, find out your color type, evaluate items and put together outfits. The service is provided by Andrey Goleta, Poland. AI advice is a recommendation, not professional advice.

2. Age

You can use the service from the age of 16.

3. Account

You can sign in with Apple, with your email or with an access code. You are responsible for access to your device and account. You can delete your account at any time in the app's Settings.

4. Premium subscription

• Premium is an auto-renewing App Store subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
• The free plan has limits, which are shown in the app.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

5. Your content

The photos and texts you upload remain yours. You allow us to process them only to run the service. Do not upload illegal content or photos of other people without their consent; we may remove such content.

6. What is not allowed

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, hack or disrupt it, or create several accounts to get around the limits.

7. Liability

We work to keep the service running without interruptions but cannot guarantee this; features may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Termination

If you break these terms, we may close your access. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory law and can go to court in your own country.

10. App Store

If you installed the app from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) also applies.

11. Changes and contact
