LookMemo and closet apps

LookMemo is a wardrobe app and outfit planner in one: a digital wardrobe, or virtual closet, with a stylist inside. Closet organizer apps store photos of your clothes; LookMemo does that too, and it also remembers your taste, plans outfits from what is already in your closet, finds your color type from selfies (seasonal color analysis), shows outfits on you with a virtual try-on and helps you declutter what you no longer wear.

Stylist chat with memory The stylist keeps what matters from your chats. The list is in your profile, and you can delete any line.

Free and Premium

Free: Up to 100 items in your wardrobe, today’s outfit, your color type from selfies, a few stylist answers to get to know each other, and a few Studio pictures and one try-on to test.
Premium: The full stylist every day (outfits, item ratings, advice before you buy, the shopping list and the wardrobe review), an unlimited wardrobe, a Studio picture of every item (up to 100 a month), color type analysis up to 3 times a month, family profiles for up to 7 people, and credits every month for try-ons (2 credits each) and re-created Studio pictures. A monthly or yearly App Store subscription; the App Store shows the price for your country before you buy.

Technology

LookMemo is its own stylist system, which we designed and keep developing. It brings together our style and color methodology, our algorithms and modern artificial intelligence models.

Methodology: 16 seasonal color types and their palettes, rules for combining colors, silhouettes and occasions, and a scale from 1 to 10 for rating each item.
Algorithms: Recognizing and describing items, our own dictionary of clothing colors, choosing an outfit for the weather, your plans and the occasion, the stylist’s memory of your preferences, and finding similar items in your wardrobe.
AI models: For conversation, item descriptions and pictures (Studio pictures and try-on) we use language and image models from leading providers. We compare models on our own tests and choose them for each task and each step.
Quality: The stylist’s answers are checked regularly by automated tests on reference situations.

The stylist’s advice is a recommendation. A try-on picture is a visualization: fit and size may differ.

How we handle data: Privacy policy

Privacy in short

Your photos, items and messages are stored in your account, on servers in Germany.
Your data is not sold and not used for advertising.
Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics) are sent only with your permission. Our own server also counts which features are used, with the country worked out from your IP address (the address itself is not kept), to improve the app; you can object by email. An approximate location is used only for the weather forecast.
Try-on uses up to five full-length photos, only after your explicit consent. Withdrawing consent deletes them.
You can delete your account in the app. The GDPR and Polish law apply.

What LookMemo is not

Not a shop: it does not sell clothes.
Not a measuring or medical tool. A try-on picture is an AI visualization: fit and size may differ.
The color type is a guide, not a rule. The final call is always yours.
The stylist’s advice is a recommendation, not professional advice.
