Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all its data in the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open LookMemo on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the Settings tab (the gear icon at the bottom of the screen).
  3. Scroll to the very bottom and tap Delete Account, below Sign Out.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email support@icoffio.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account (or give that address in your message). We will delete your account within 48 hours.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We delete your profile and color type, all your items with their photos and Studio pictures, your selfies, full-length photos and try-on images, your outfits, your chat with the stylist and the stylist's notes about you, and your family members and their data.

Timeline

From our active systems immediately; from backups within 30 days.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings; otherwise it will keep renewing.
